Network
Estates was formed in November 1999 by the Chairman
and Development
Executive Director of The Cleveland Trust plc,
a quoted property company.
The concept was to invest and develop buildings
'suit to fit' for a range of
commercial and industrial uses.
Network has since built up a reputation for
occupier led development taking
account of demands of discerning occupier(s)
balancing this against the
potential for other uses and institutional
acceptable requirements.
The
hallmark of a Network Estates schemes is
attention to detail. All
requirements from potential occupiers are
dealt with by the Managing
Director
